Feverfew
-   Calming and Nourishing Mask with Honey
To prepare, add 4 drops of feverfew oil to 30 mL (two tablespoons) of honey. Apply mixture to face and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Then, splash rose water onto the face. For best results, use this mask once weekly.
-   Facial Massage – Perfect for Sensitive Skin
Depending on the desired effect – firming or nourishing - a base oil is used as well. For a firming effect, use oil of grape seeds and for a nourishing mixture use oil of wheat germ (or almond oil). To prepare the lotion, add 3 drops of feverfew to 10 mL (2 teaspoons) of the base oil.
-   Body Massage- Perfect for Sensitive Skin
Depending on the desired results – firmer or more nourished skin - a base oil is used as well. For a firming effect, use oil of grape seeds and for a nourishing mixture use oil of wheat germ (or almond oil). To prepare the lotion, add 6 drops of feverfew to 20 mL (4 teaspoons) of the base oil.
-   Massage for Arthritis Relief
To prepare, add 2 drops of feverfew essential oil, 1 drop of pine essential oil, and 1 drop of lemon essential oil to 20 mL (4 teaspoons) almond oil.
-   Massage for Relief from Fatigue Caused by Hormonal Changes
Add 6 drops of feverfew essential oil and 2 drops of chamomile essential oil to 20 mL (four teaspoons) of wheat germ oil.
-   Massage for Headache Relief
Add 2 drops of feverfew essential oil to 10 mL (2 teaspoons) grape seed oil and massage on the temples and around the eyes.
-   Cold Compress for Headache or Fever Relief
Add 10 drops feverfew essential oil to ice cold water and soak strips of cotton cloth (or thin pieces of organic cotton) in this solution. Place soaked cotton on the forehead and temples. Use a new strip each time the previous one gets warm from contact with the skin.
-   Sunburn Relief Mask
Add 2 drops of feverfew oil to 250 g plain yogurt. Before bed, apply the mixture to the burnt areas and cover with cotton clothing only. Repeat in the morning.
